Internationally-renowned conference interpreter, Hans-Werner Mühle, has joined forces with the Wits Language School (WLS) to facilitate the training of our specialised Conference Interpreting courses.
Hans-Werner holds a Diplom Dolmetscher (equivalent to an M.A. in Interpreting) from the University of Heidelberg, and he is a qualified Opera Singer (Heidelberg High School of Music) and voice coach.
He has done interpreting work for the European Parliament, UNESCO, the African Union Summit, the Speaker of the German Parliament, the Summer Olympics in Athens and several other high profile organisations and events. He has more than 3000 days experience as a professional conference interpreter.
He lectures at the Heidelberg School for Translators and Interpreters in Germany and has been a visiting lecturer at a number of universities, including Winterthur, Switzerland, as well as the University of La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain.
